Baconnaise Biscuits

Ingredients

  • We get some great emails and recipe suggestions emailed to us (or you can post your favorite here). This one was sent to us by Kay from Swannanoa, North Carolina, who is 80 years young this fall and loves her Baconnaise. She says she has more in the works - thanks Kay and keep 'em coming!
  • 1 C. biscuit mix, [such as Bisquick]
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 Baconnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix until blended. Form into tablespoon sized balls on ungreased cookie sheet, then flatten slightly with a fork.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes +/-....or until brown.
  3. Makes about a dozen. Light & flakey.
  4. These can be frozen. Note: when I thaw them, I reheat with a dab of butter in the oven
  5. under the broiler for a few minutes. [mebbe 4 minutes] They don't get soggy that way. I usually have some in my freezer at all times. Good go-to recipe!
  6. Love your product. Some of our family even uses it on pancakes with sausage patties. It's my go-to easy salad dressing.
