Vegetarian Bacon Salt Glazed Tofurky

Ingredients

• 1 Tofurky or other mock vegetarian turkey roast
• 3 Tbsp Bacon Salt plus more to taste
• 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
• 1 Tbsp water

Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except for the Tofurkey roast - this is your glaze.

Roast your Tofurky according to package instructions.

While cooking baste your Tofurky occasionally with the Bacon Salt glaze, coating thoroughly.
