The ultimate holiday feast combining the traditional favorites Turkey, Ham and Bacon
Ingredients
1 De-boned turkey
1 smoked ham(sized according to your turkey)
1-3 lb bacon(deppending on the size of your turkey & ham)
Bacon salt
pepper
2 TBSP Turkey seasoning
2 cloves Garlic
1 cup water
1 Onion halved
aprox 3 feet of poultry string
Directions
1.wrap ham in bacon (I prefer to use a bacon weave as it holds together better)
2.insert ham into turkey and sew shut using poultry string
3. wrap turkey in bacon (agian I prefer to use a bacon weave)
4. Place in a turkey pan, and add garlic, onion and water to bottom of pan
5. season the turhamon with bacon salt, pepper and turkey seasoning
6. roast in oven according to stuffed turkey times
