Green
beans a la Bacon Salt

Ingredients
-
1 tablespoon olive
oil
-
1/2 onion, minced
-
1 pound green beans,
trimmed
-
1-2 tablespoons Original Bacon Salt
-
1/2 cup boiling water
-
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
-
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
-
Freshly ground pepper
Directions
Heat olive oil. Add the onion to the skillet
and cook,stirring, until softened. Add the beans, and Original Bacon Salt and saute overmoderately high heat, stirring,
for 2 minutes. Add the boiling water and coverthe skillet immediately. Steam the beans, stirring or shaking
occasionally, for15 minutes, or until just crisp-tender. Add the butter, vinegar, and pepper andtoss until combined.
Sprinkle with a bit more Bacon Salt, serve and enjoy!
