Ingredients
4 eggs
1-2 tsp Bacon Salt (optional)
4 slices bread
1 Tablespoon of Baconnaise
1/3 cup maple syrup
Directions
Beat 2 of the eggs with Bacon Salt. Dip bread slices in beaten eggs. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Cook until browned on both sides. Set aside but keep warm.
Fry remaining two eggs (unbeaten) in greased/oiled pan.
Place one piece of French toast on each serving plate. Place the fried eggs on top of the bread. Spread Baconnaise on the remaining pieces of French toast, then cover the eggs to make sandwiches.
Following that by pouring on the syrup and eating with a knife and fork. For a less messy version, you can scramble the eggs and add cheddar cheese and eat with your hands
