Everyone loves warm and cheesy garlic biscuits. The smokiness of the bacon salt rounds out the dish. It makes a perfect side to any holiday meal.
2 1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix
3/4 cup milk
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Bacon Salt
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/8 teaspoon bacon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, combine the all-purpose baking mix, milk, butter, garlic powder, bacon salt, and cheddar cheese. Don't overmix.
Using an ice cream scoop, drop the dough onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
While the biscuits are baking, combine the unsalted butter, Bacon Salt, and garlic powder together in a small bowl. When the biscuits are finished baking, remove from oven. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the biscuits while they're still hot.
