Grilled Potato Appetizers

Ingredients



    5-10 baking potatoes (depending on number of people you're serving)Shredded cheddar cheeseGreen onionsBacon Salt

Directions

Heat grill on high. Slice potatoes into 1/4 to 1/2\\' round slices, and brush with melted butter on both sides. Grill for 2-4 minutes per side on an oiled grill (rubbing the grill with vegetable oil on a paper towel works well), and in the last minute of cooking cover the tops with a little bit of shredded cheddar cheese. Check for doneness and remove from heat. Mix sour cream with Bacon Salt to taste, and serve the potatoes with a dollop of sour cream mixture on top, green onions for garnish, and another little sprinkle of Bacon Salt
