This is what Malt Salt was made for - you get all of the crisp of thick, home-made oven fries with an amazing malt vinegar taste!
Ingredients

2.5 lbs baking potatoes
-
Vegetable oil
-
Malt Salt to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Cut baking potatoes into thick wedges (with the skin on). Toss with olive oil and Malt Salt to taste.
Cook for approximately 10 minutes, then flip potatoes in the pan using a spatula so they don't stick too much. Flip again after another 10 minutes, then cook for another 10 minutes or so until the potatoes are crispy and browned.
Taste the potatoes, and add additional Malt Salt to taste if necessary.
