Bacon Salt Vinaigrette Dressing

This goes great over fresh spinach with thin sliced red onions and toasted almonds. 

Ingredients

  • 1 part vinegar
  • 2 parts Dijon mustard
  • Bacon Salt to taste (try Applewood!)
  • 5 parts oil
  • Fresh ground black pepper

Directions
Mix all ingredients together except the oil, then slowly add the oil. Shake/mix before serving.
