2 pounds top sirloin steak, cut in 1½-inch cubes
½ cup vegetable oil
⅓ cup lime juice
2 packets J&D’s Bacon Ranch Dressing and Dip Mix
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 small zucchini, each cut in six pieces
1 large red pepper, cut in 1½-inch squares
½ pound medium whole mushrooms
1. Place bamboo skewers in a dish of hot water. Soak at least 1 hour.
2. Place steak cubes in a dish. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lime juice, Bacon Ranch, and pepper. Reserve ⅓ cup of this marinade for the vegetables.
3. Pour remaining marinade over the steak. Cover and refrigerate overnight or marinate at room temperature for 2–3 hours.
4. Thread steak cubes on skewers. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 5 minutes; turn and continue to broil for 3–4 minutes or to desired doneness.
5.Toss vegetables with reserved marinade. Skewer and broil about 4 minutes or until done.
