Ice Berg Lettuce Wedge with Bacon Bleu Cheese Dressing

3/4 cup Baconnaise
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 large or 2 small ripe plum tomatoes, halved, seeded and finely chopped (1/2 cup)
4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
1 small head iceberg lettuce, cored and quartered
1. Whisk Baconnaise with vinegar in small bowl with wire whisk. Gently fold in blue cheese, tomato and bacon. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper.
2. Drizzle dressing over quartered lettuce.
