Bacon Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

1 packet J&D’s Bacon Ranch Dressing and Dip Mix

½ to ¾ cup beer

Chopped green onions and shredded cheese, for garnish

Pretzels or assorted fresh vegetables, for dipping

Directions

Combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and Bacon Ranch dip mix in medium bowl. Gradually stir in beer until mixture reaches desired consistency. Garnish with green onion and additional Cheddar cheese. Serve with pretzels or vegetable pieces.
