Warm Blue Cheese Dip with Bacon Salt

This is a real treat if you love blue cheese and bacon. The fact that it's vegetarian is a real surprise to guests!
Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup half-and-half

2 cloves finely chopped garlic

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

4 ounces crumbled blue cheese

2 tsp Bacon Salt (Applewood is great with this, but any flavor should work), or more to taste
Directions
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and then bake covered for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
