Bacon Ranch Savory Roast Chicken

This is a really easy recipe and so tasty. The chicken has a yummy crispy skin and the meat is so moist. ENJOY!
Ingredients
-
1 whole 2-3# chicken
-
1 package of BACON RANCH dip mix
-
1 stick of butter
-
few sprigs of fresh thyme
-
kosher salt
-
fresh cracked black pepper
Directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Wash chicken inside and out and then completely dry.
Apply 3/4 of the BACON RANCH seasoning all over the chicken and gently rub into skin. Add a final dusting of kosher salt and black pepper and cook the bird, breast side up for about an hour.
When chicken is done, remove from the oven and place chicken on a separate plate to rest. Cover loosely with foil. Whisk in 1 stick of butter to the pan with drippings. When melted, add remaining dip mix and a few sprigs of roughly cut thyme. Place chicken back in pan and baste liberally with butter sauce...
