Ingredients

2 Diced Onions

2# Spicy Italian Sausage

2# Ground Beef
-
½# Chopped Bacon
-
½ Cup Chopped Garlic

1 Cup Flour
-
1 Quart Chicken Stock
-
1 Quart Heavy Cream
-
2# Sharp Cheddar Cheese
-
Cheddar Bacon Salt for garnish
Directions
1. Render Bacon Strain
2. Sauté Onions, Garlic, Sausage, Beef
3. Add Flour, Make Roux
4. Add Chicken Stock, Cream; bring to boil
5. Simmer in Cheese until fully melted
